Joining a Local Historical Society
There is a rich heritage awaiting you when attending a meeting of a historical society. Get to know some of the stories of early Sydney and where you live. A guest speaker offers insight into an aspect of history and the societies produce well-researched literature which you can add to your library. If you are seeking your family genealogy there are usually society members willing to assist.
